They paid each band 125,000 for their performance. 1994 The surviving Beatles members come back together to record a song called Free as a Bird. Fans were excited until they found out they were going to call themselves the Threetles. 2004 Paul McCartney plays his 3,000th concert in St Petersburg, Russia.
