Which One?

We've recently added a new poll to the website with two choices for the next song to be unraveled. If you're new to Mellow Dice, when we unravel a new song we analyze it musically and then rate it on a scale of 1-10. The first one is a classic by Marty Robins that's 54 years old. The song is called El Paso. It has a western feel to it mixed with a little bit of oldies pop. It hit number 1 on the 1959 U.S Billboard Hot C&W Sides, and the U.S Billboard Hot 100. You can listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIHRgisdbeY
The other one is a song by Gotye. If you don't remember him, then he's just Somebody That You Used to Know. That's not the song we're doing, though. The song we're doing is called Hearts a Mess. This song was released back in 2007 on the album Like Drawing Blood. It was voted #8 in the Triple J Hottest 100 back in 2007, and it appeared on there again in 2009 at #77. It also appeared in the movie The Great Gatsby. You can listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkYfHxW9zZU
So those are the candidates!! Check them both out and vote in the poll on the right of the page.
Until next time, roll the Mellow Dice and hope for Midnight.
